North End Moncton — The one to watch for value. Older stock, bigger lots, and prices that haven't caught up to the rest of the city yet. First-time buyers and investors: look here.

Shediac & the surrounding communities — Lifestyle-driven demand. Waterfront. Community. And a buyer pool that stretches across the country.
